Our choice of architectural style is not limited to one direction, but ranges from super slick modernist buildings to traditional Arts and Crafts movement buildings. The creation of sophisticated and beautiful buildings at the right price, quality and timely completion. The key benefits are:
- Price certainty and lowest price achieved through fair and competitive tendering - With good documentation and planning surprise cost variations during the contract are limited and each contractor tendering would have priced the same work – ‘apples compared with apples’.
- Quality workmanship and correct interpretation of the design.
- Financial security – Contractor is only paid in stages for work completed to satisfaction and certified by the architect – less retention (amount held back as security against latent defects).
